I am the manager of one of the parking garages which PCA (Parking Company of America) manages. We purchased and used your Bio-Boom products to stop oil and sediment from going down the drains in our parking garages.
We used them when we power-washed 8 floors of our 2 garages, which we manage here in our Wichita, KS location. They were used to help drain-off, so that dirt, oil and fuel would not go down the drain. During the power washing process, they were absolutely wonderful at not allowing the dirt and oil to go down the drains.
I would recommend designing a product in a circular fashion. We had to be careful to make sure that the dirt and any oil residue would not go down the drain, we had to watch closely, and that was a concern of ours. Because the boom was not in a closed circle, the product was not 100% effective; sometime the product did not always go around and stay around the drains.
Thank you for your continuous effort to keep in contact with me after the sale, and now the follow up to our use of the booms for our power washing application. Many venders do not call back and see how their product works.
